Description

Work on DataOps implementation and operations for Adobe Experience Platform. Maintain and develop DataOps processes, monitor batch and real-time data flows, and ensure data quality and consistency for marketing campaigns and CRM processes. Diagnose integration errors, support production deployments and CI/CD, and build/optimize SQL transformations and data pipeline flows across source systems, Azure, data warehouse, data marts, Teradata, and Adobe Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

• Participate in deployments of new sales and service campaigns
• Maintain and evolve DataOps processes for Adobe Experience Platform
• Monitor batch and real-time data pipelines and supervise performance
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and quality of data used in marketing and CRM processes
• Diagnose integration-related errors and resolve incidents
• Support production releases and CI/CD processes for data solutions
• Configure monitoring and alerting for integration processes
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, CRM teams, and the Product Owner
• Take part in technical, integration, and performance tests
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries and implement data transformations
• Oversee data flow between source systems, Azure environment, data warehouse, data marts, Teradata, and Adobe Experience Platform
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide corrective action recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in an Agile team using Scrum
• Independence and effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for processes and solutions
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services for data storage and processing
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Apache Spark and Databricks
• Knowledge of ETL solutions used in daily work
• Strong SQL and NoSQL skills
• Experience designing and administering databases, including query performance optimization
• Experience optimizing and automating data flow
• Ability to automate data processes, monitor them, and troubleshoot while respecting data security
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, especially CI/CD supporting data process deployments
• Ability to use Git for version control
• Experience collaborating with CRM and supporting business analysis around identifying and eliminating data processing errors
• English at least B2
