Description

Join an ESG-focused team as a Senior DevOps Engineer and help design and scale Azure-based data and analytics platforms that support environmental priorities. You will drive a transformation by advancing modern DevOps, data, and cloud practices at scale, combining technical leadership with automation and scalable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Azure supporting data and analytics use cases

• Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed

• Lead Agile delivery, including backlog ownership and sprint execution

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supporting capability growth and delivery quality

• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and scale solutions

• Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the platform

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering

• Previous cloud experience (Azure, GCP, or AWS)

• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps practices

• Use Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including leading Scrum ceremonies and using Jira

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
