Description

You will ensure the coherence of the full domain architecture for the business client ecosystem and manage one application within the target-architecture build. Your scope includes creating and maintaining target architecture, defining multi-year technology roadmaps, managing product/platform dependencies, and reducing technical debt. You will also set standards for microservices, APIs, integrations, data, Azure, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design, and prepare the domain for AI/GenAI and Agentic Banking with governance aligned to DORA and the AI Act.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent end-to-end architecture across the domain (CRM, financing, digital channels, platforms, integrations, data, shared services)

• Build and maintain the target architecture for the domain, including integrations, data, and common services

• Create 3-year technology roadmaps; manage dependencies between products and platforms

• Identify and reduce technical debt within the domain

• Define architectural standards for microservices, APIs, integrations, data, Azure cloud, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design

• Support architectural decisions for initiatives across the domain

• Prepare the domain for AI/GenAI and Agentic Banking (reference AI architecture, AI services catalog, agent integration standards)

• Ensure governance compliant with DORA and the AI Act

• Collaborate with Enterprise, Data, Integration, and AI architects; support Tribe Leaders in technology, investment, and architecture decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT architecture experience

• Minimum 5 years as a domain, solution, or enterprise architect in banking, finance, or a large regulated organization

• Experience designing end-to-end domain architecture for CRM, financing, digital channels, business banking platforms, integrations, data, and dependencies between products and platforms

• Practical knowledge of microservices, API/API Management, integration architecture, data, Azure cloud, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design

• Understanding of how DORA, AI Act, and governance requirements influence technology decisions, roadmaps, and technical debt management

• Ability to work with Tribe Leaders and business leaders; translate business needs into architectural decisions, standards, roadmaps, and business cases (ROI, TCO, Time-to-Market)
