Description

Bridge the technical and business sides of IAM projects by gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting delivery through testing and user acceptance testing. Maintain strong stakeholder communication, produce project status and MI/KPIs, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure solutions align with financial-services regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and produce Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents

• Support the project lifecycle including solution formulation, test approach and plans, system/integration testing, and UAT support

• Present test results to business users and support user acceptance testing

• Provide project/work-stream status reports and escalate issues to management

• Advise project managers and business partners on technical solutions (TEC)

• Use analytical skills for evidence-based issue resolution

• Own risks, issues, and dependencies across projects

• Provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar

• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and collaboration; promote best practices

Requirements

• Experience in identity and access management within a financial services environment

• Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution

• Technical proficiency in SQL queries and advanced Excel

• Degree educated and/or equivalent experience

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks regarding access management (e.g., EBA-ICT, FFIEC)
