Description

Support the design and implementation of SAP IAM solutions across hybrid SAP environments. Configure SAP GRC Access Control and/or SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG), and design authentication and identity federation scenarios using SAP Cloud Identity Services. Participate in access governance processes such as access request management, access risk analysis, and access certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP IAM solutions across hybrid SAP landscapes

• Configure and implement SAP GRC Access Control and/or SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG)

• Design and implement authentication and identity federation scenarios using SAP Cloud Identity Services

• Support access governance processes (access requests, access risk analysis, access certification)

• Contribute to IAM architecture and integration design across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP cloud solutions

• Support IAM strategy development, business proposals, and RFP responses

• Develop IAM accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets

• Mentor junior team members in SAP IAM topics

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IAM experience in SAP environments (Analyst) or 5–8 years for Consultant

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (role-dependent)

• Exposure to SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) and/or SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS / IPS)

• Understanding of access governance concepts: Segregation of Duties (SoD), access request workflows, user provisioning, and access risk analysis

• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience preparing reports and supporting audit/compliance is advantageous

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in project teams

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn SAP IAM architecture and governance frameworks
