Description

Lead enterprise IAM delivery focused on MFA rollout, adoption tracking, and compliance. Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination across business, technology, and security. Oversee testing, UAT, pilot and production releases, and drive business readiness and change management for authentication transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance

• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams

• Lead delivery teams and execute project objectives

• Facilitate workshops and governance/decision-making forums

• Ensure compliance with IAM, security, governance, and regulatory requirements

• Plan and coordinate MFA rollout across business units and geographies

• Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Provide regular project status reporting

• Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation

• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilots, and production releases

• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness

• Support escalation resolution and removal of blockers impacting MFA delivery

• Coordinate resource planning, budget tracking, and vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives

• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects

• Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects

• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, Conditional Access policies, and access management controls

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership across business, technology, and security

• Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, project governance, and executive reporting

• Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives

• Knowledge of Access Governance, RBAC, JML processes, SoD, and compliance controls

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
