Description

Mid-level IT Business Analyst for a strategic banking transformation program focused on developing and modernizing processes and digital solutions. The role involves independently gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, modeling business processes, and analyzing the impact of changes on banking products and systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and testers in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and testers

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Model business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Analyze the impact of changes on banking processes, products, and systems

• Create analytical documentation and support project teams in delivering requirements

• Participate in business workshops and refine end-user expectations

• Work in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis

• Experience with projects in the finance/banking sector

• Ability to independently gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Experience working with both business and technical teams

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Ability to model business processes and assess change impact on systems and processes

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination ability
