Description

Join the Group Sustainability & Compliance Services team to support day-to-day compliance services and help develop and improve compliance processes and digital solutions.

In this role, you will learn end-to-end compliance processes, turn business needs into clear requirements and documentation, and handle standard compliance requests using agreed procedures while keeping accurate records and following up to completion.

You will also support ongoing development of a cloud-based compliance application and help standardize, digitize, and automate cross-departmental processes using ServiceNow, Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, and AI tools. You will work with business and technical stakeholders on solution design, testing, implementation, user guidance, and backlog management.
