Description

Support IT projects in the public sector by performing business analysis, gathering business requirements, modeling processes, and preparing analytical documentation. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and ongoing communication, then present analysis findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis for IT projects
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Run interviews and workshops with business representatives to identify needs and requirements
• Analyze data and identify/analyze business problems
• Model business processes and the business environment using BPMN and UML
• Create business models supporting IT solution design and development
• Prepare analytical documentation using Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Collaborate and communicate with business and IT teams
• Present analysis results and recommendations to project stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and defining business requirements
• Ability to conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to analyze business problems
• Knowledge of business process modeling and software engineering topics
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Ability to communicate precisely and collaborate with business and IT teams
• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to varied audiences
• Polish language proficiency at least C1
