Description

Support IT projects in the public sector by performing system analysis, translating user and business requirements into technical requirements, and creating system specifications and functional documentation.

Model processes and solutions using UML and BPMN, design relational data models with SQL, and analyze integration between systems including REST APIs. Maintain analytical documentation in Sparx Enterprise Architect and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system analysis in IT projects

• Identify, analyze, and manage user requirements

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Create system specifications and functional documentation

• Model processes and solutions using UML and BPMN

• Participate in IT system design and model system architecture

• Model relational databases and work with SQL

• Analyze and design integrations between systems, including REST APIs

• Work with XML, XSD, YAML, and JSON formats

• Create and maintain analytical documentation in Sparx Enterprise Architect

• Collaborate with business and technical teams on IT solution design and development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in IT projects

• Experience in identifying and managing user requirements

• Experience analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical requirements

• Experience creating system specifications and functional documentation

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Knowledge of XML, XSD, YAML, and JSON

• Good knowledge of XML editing tools, e.g., Altova XMLSpy

• Practical knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of IT architecture modeling, system design, and software engineering topics

• Ability to model relational databases and strong SQL knowledge

• Knowledge of system integration topics including REST APIs

• System Analyst experience gained in at least two projects with value over 150,000 PLN gross each

• 1 year of experience in system analysis for solutions processing financial or tax data

• Polish language proficiency at C1
