Description

You will support the development and implementation of solutions that support KYC processes in retail banking. The role combines business and systems analysis, business process modeling, and collaboration with business teams, architects, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions

• Define and specify functional and non-functional requirements

• Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML

• Identify and document business rules and algorithms

• Create business-level data models

• Prepare analytical and project documentation

• Analyze existing banking system solutions and new functionalities

• Cooperate with business, architects, and development teams

• Verify project documentation and support implementation of system changes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business-systems analysis on large banking or financial projects

• Practical experience in KYC/AML for retail banking

• Experience implementing new functionality in banking systems

• Very good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML

• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence

• Experience independently defining functional and non-functional requirements

• Ability to model business processes, document business rules, and create analytical documentation

• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions

• English level at least C1

• Higher education in technical, economic, or banking fields
