Description

You will translate messy business needs into working AI systems, from rapid POCs/MVPs to production-grade architectures. The role includes designing RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, integrating LLMs into enterprise stacks, and contributing to client-facing solution design and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design GenAI and LLM-based architectures for enterprise use cases
• Build and deliver POCs and MVPs quickly, then evolve them into production-grade systems
• Design RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval quality)
• Implement and review agentic workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar)
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source) into enterprise stacks (ERP, CRM, BPM, data platforms)
• Create reusable architectural patterns and engineering standards that scale
• Work directly with clients on requirements, solution presentations, and presales/RFP support
• Write Architecture Decision Records and technical documentation for technical and business audiences
• Mentor engineering teams

Requirements

• Proven experience building LLM-based systems in production (POC to production)
• Solid Python skills and hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
• Hands-on experience with RAG and understanding of why naive chunking fails
• Experience designing AI system architecture (integration, scalability, security, cost trade-offs)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate with engineers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex
• Ability to ship with REST APIs and Docker, plus cloud basics
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI practices (EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA)
• English B2+ for client-facing communication
