Description

You will serve as the key technical bridge between AI product development and enterprise customer operations. You will embed with clients to analyze operational bottlenecks, architect tailored GenAI solutions (including custom agents and RAG), and lead hands-on deployment and integration in production-grade environments. You will also convert customer feedback into scalable, repeatable product capabilities while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to translate business pain points into scalable technical AI blueprints
• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of GenAI platforms, custom AI agents, and RAG architectures
• Advocate internally for customer requirements and turn customizations into repeatable product features
• Deliver enterprise deployments that meet security, compliance, and scalability standards while realizing business ROI

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or client-facing platform engineering
• Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying large-scale systems in highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare, government)
• Practical experience developing and orchestrating LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, vector databases, and prompt engineering frameworks
• Strong proficiency in modern backend languages (Java, Python, C#, or similar), RESTful microservices, and distributed systems architecture
• Production experience across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
