Description

You will guide the development, automation, and governance of AI/ML solutions by building and deploying end-to-end AI products with internal customers. The role combines ML engineering with DevOps/MLOps: production-ready code, cloud-based pipeline orchestration, reusable monitoring/optimization tools, and ETL workflows. You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Domain Experts, and Product Owners to solve business problems and ensure scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Produce production-ready scripts/code for AI/ML workloads

• Use GPU and CPU resources appropriately and understand ML capacity requirements

• Architect, automate, and orchestrate DevOps/MLOps pipelines on cloud

• Build reusable tools and frameworks to monitor, optimize, and maintain ML solutions

• Design and implement data engineering pipelines (ETL)

• Support scalability, business continuity, and appropriate turnaround time

• Conduct internal workshops, participate in meetups/conferences, and give talks

• Keep up with AI/ML developments and continuously upskill

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Domain Experts, and Product Owners to build and deploy end-to-end AI products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics and Computing) with 3–4 years of relevant experience

• Experience working with large datasets from varied sources

• Excellent Python programming skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Cloud application development experience (Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure preferred)

• Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues

• Experience building ETL workflows and data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar

• Proficiency with DevOps practices including CI/CD and Git-based workflows

• Comfort working in Unix/Linux environments

• Hands-on experience building and supporting RESTful APIs

• Working knowledge of ML/DL concepts; experience supporting model deployment and monitoring

• Very good English skills

• EU citizenship and residence in Poland
