Description

Join as an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to build production-grade AI solutions focused on Computer Vision and modern ML systems, including LLM-based workflows. You will design, develop, and deploy ML models, build scalable inference pipelines, and improve model serving, monitoring, and deployment. You will collaborate with engineers and product teams while contributing to architecture and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications

• Work on AI-driven features involving Computer Vision and LLM-based workflows

• Build and optimize ML inference pipelines for scalability and performance

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

• Improve model serving, monitoring, and deployment processes

• Work with image/video processing pipelines and production ML systems

• Support experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or AI-related roles

• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

• Experience building and deploying ML systems in production environments

• Good understanding of machine learning lifecycle and model optimization

• Practical experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV

• Experience with GPU-accelerated inference workflows (TensorRT, CUDA)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized ML deployment workflows

• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1+, English B2+)
