Description

You will develop and deploy machine learning solutions that support business decisions and improve marketing performance. You’ll build production-ready ML models, integrate predictions with external platforms via APIs, and create scalable data and ML workflows on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role combines hands-on ML engineering, data processing, cloud infrastructure, and business-oriented model optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Python-based Machine Learning Engineering with ownership of deployed models and reliable production-grade code

• Experience integrating ML predictions with external platforms via APIs to enable automated actions (campaign optimization, recommendations, pricing decisions)

• Advanced SQL and BigQuery skills for feature engineering, data validation, and recurring data transformations

• Practical experience deploying ML workloads on GCP using Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and Composer/Airflow

• Production experience with gradient-boosting algorithms (LightGBM, CatBoost, XGBoost), including tuning and evaluation with business-relevant metrics

• Understanding of prediction calibration and how model errors affect downstream business decisions

Nice to have

• Experimentation, causal inference, or multi-armed bandit methods for marketing investment optimization

• Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, and automated CI/CD pipelines

• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code
