Join an Expert MLOps Engineer role on a new fintech project focused on building and developing modern machine learning solutions. You will design and run production-grade model serving, orchestration, experiment tracking, and ML deployment workflows in a scalable, resilient platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate model serving infrastructure in production

• Implement and manage ML workflow orchestration

• Run experiment tracking and model registry/deployment workflows

• Enable advanced ML release strategies including A/B testing and shadow deployments

• Support streaming platforms and CDC-based architectures

• Build and improve highly available, scalable, and resilient distributed systems

• Apply Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines

• Deliver event-driven architectures end to end

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in MLOps engineering or closely related platform engineering roles

• 4+ years of experience designing and operating model serving infrastructure in production environments

• Strong Python development experience

• Hands-on experience with Databricks (ML workloads and platform integrations)

• Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration

• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments

• Practical experience with MLflow (experiment tracking, model registry, deployment workflows)

• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle and production ML operations

• Experience implementing A/B testing, shadow deployments, and advanced ML release strategies

• Experience with streaming platforms and CDC architectures

• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools

• Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures

• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices

• Experience building highly available, scalable, and resilient distributed systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering and data teams

• Fluent English communication skills
