Description

As an HR Service Intern within the HR Service Department, you will support the HR Service vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve. HR Service is the main point of contact for associates, helping them navigate HR topics including Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll. You will work with HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners, educate managers and associates on HR processes and tools, and troubleshoot and resolve issues through real-time customer support and cross-team partnership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact for associates across the US and Canada
• Support deployment of HR initiatives with HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners
• Educate managers and associates on HR processes and HR technical tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR questions and issues in real time
• Escalate and partner with other HR teams when needs require additional expertise

Requirements

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student pursuing a degree related to Human Resources
• Ability to work 35–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex topics
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency navigating web-based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, quick learner, and able to adapt to change
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only (no future sponsorship available)
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check
