Description

Support IT Business Partners by helping design and develop solutions for IT-supported business processes focused on HR and personnel workflows. Assist in the analysis, conceptualization, and implementation of related IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Business Partners as the link between internal departments and IT specialists

• Use understanding of both the IT and business sides to develop solutions for IT-enabled business processes

• Assist departments with analysis, conception, and implementation of associated IT projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, (Business-)Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field

• High customer, goal, and results orientation

• First touchpoints with HR topics

• Ideally knowledge of project and process management and experience with iterative and agile methods

• Strong communication skills
