• Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, every other Saturday (6pm–6am)

Description

Supervise and technically direct maintenance teams in wafer fabrication. You will handle scheduled and unscheduled equipment downtime, including repairs and upkeep, while maintaining maintenance documentation and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules. You will also coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to improve equipment reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance during equipment failures and downtime
• Coordinate equipment installation, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Establish maintenance and repair programs and procedures
• Develop new or improved equipment/manufacturing processes; evaluate plant compliance and safety standards
• Run staff meetings, manage time records, keep department schedules aligned with production, and deliver technical training programs
• Screen and hire new employees; conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions; allocate personnel for daily production goals
• Inspect work for quality and ensure quality specifications are followed

Requirements

• AS degree or certificate in Electronics
• 5 years of direct industrial manufacturing experience
• Semiconductor experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-department teams
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and maintenance tracking accuracy; identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Ability to lead cross-functional conversations and influence decisions to align teams
• Proven ability to train and guide team members at different skill levels; develop training materials and ensure understanding
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology; proactive troubleshooting mindset

Additional Information

Indefinite US work authorization only; future sponsorship unavailable. Base salary range: $85,000–$95,000 (varies by experience and job factors).
