Description

You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across automated manufacturing equipment. The role includes analyzing and optimizing PLC and HMI programs, servicing industrial robots and key components, and troubleshooting robot welding lines (especially laser and CO₂ welding). You will also drive production process optimization, quality control systems (Vision, MES, barcode), manage maintenance KPI and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, and lead technical projects, installations, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, automation, or technical production management (ideally 5+ years)
• Practical experience with diagnosing and modifying PLC/HMI programs
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment
• Experience with industrial robots and automated production lines
• Strong technical orientation, analytical thinking, and ability to independently resolve technical problems
• Communicative English knowledge
• Driver’s license group B
• Ability to lead and develop a technical team
