Description

Senior Python Engineer (part-time, remote) to design and develop scalable software solutions. You will lead Python backend architecture and development, collaborate on frontend integration, and support cloud/DevOps delivery while engaging in client-facing technical discussions. Agentic AI and LLM-based application experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Represent technical capabilities in discovery calls, client discussions, and technical presentations
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Oversee technical aspects of client projects to meet objectives, timelines, and expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery
• Provide technical guidance, recommendations, and architectural insights during client engagements
• Design and implement robust, scalable Python solutions using modern Python frameworks
• Architect applications using microservices, SOA, and event-driven architecture
• Develop high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs for distributed applications
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and reliability
• Apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, clean coding, and code review standards
• Collaborate on frontend development and integration using Angular or React
• Develop and integrate APIs between frontend applications and Python-based backend systems
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Apply DevOps practices: Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and deployment strategies
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions, including LLM integrations and agentic/multi-agent workflows

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with hands-on Python
• Strong experience with Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI/Flask or similar)
• 2+ years frontend development experience with Angular or React
• 2+ years hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP
• Practical DevOps experience: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation
• Experience designing scalable architectures (microservices, SOA, event-driven)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and distributed applications
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and support client engagements
