Description

Lead the Analytics Platform team to advance a platform that enables easy, fast access to, and analysis of large amounts of data. Define the team’s technical vision, drive research and development, and oversee the execution, testing, and rollout of analytics solutions. Provide both technical and career guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow the software engineering team

• Provide guidance on the design and development of large-scale analytics tools for rapid data analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers
• 5+ years of experience developing production software (C, C++, Python, or Java)
• 5+ years of experience working with distributed systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking to solve challenging problems
