Description

Join the Web Platform team to build and migrate a modern content management system that creates, serves, and innovates on financial content. You’ll work in Agile Scrum on scaling a website and web products, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders to deliver sprint and triage commitments. You’ll actively contribute to technical decisions and documentation as services are revamped.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale the website and other web products as part of an Agile Scrum team

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to complete sprint and triage commitments

• Support key technical decisions and document and improve processes while modernizing services

• Guide technical design and ensure implementation of the team’s roadmap

• Contribute to technology, tooling, and process decisions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years building, maintaining, and scaling highly available, performant web platforms with Java (or similar)

• Deep expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS for modular, modern web applications

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Git version control experience

• Experience designing and implementing complex cloud solutions (preferably AWS)

• Proven ability to drive project/product success in Agile environments

• Strong communication skills for asynchronous, fully remote collaboration
