Description

In this training program, you combine technical interest with organization and customer understanding. You learn to work with IT systems and processes of an IT provider in a practical way while supporting internal teams and handling classic back-office tasks. You also create customer offers, calculate prices, coordinate delivery dates, manage orders, and steer end-to-end order processing including follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Support internal operations (Innendienst) and perform back-office tasks

• Create offers and orders, calculate pricing, and research suitable solutions for customer projects

• Handle customer inquiries directly by phone, email, and via the main switchboard

• Coordinate delivery dates and clarify and process orders

• Manage complete order processing, including order tracking and follow-up

Requirements

• Interest in IT, E-Commerce, and modern technologies

• Enjoyment of organization, communication, and working with numbers

• Curiosity, self-initiative, and team spirit

• German and English skills at C1–C2 level

• Motivation to take responsibility in a modern, fast-growing company
