Description

You will support the Engineering and Project Management team with digital and analytical tasks. The role focuses on structuring and improving data quality, creating trackers and dashboards, and simplifying processes by finding redundant manual steps. You will also develop small low-code/no-code tools and use AI for drafts, summaries, and analyses—while critically checking the results.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily engineering and project management work with digital/analytical capabilities and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach

• Structure data, improve data quality, and create trackers, overviews, and dashboards

• Identify duplicate work and unnecessary manual steps; help simplify and standardize processes

• Run small improvement projects end-to-end: define scope, plan, implement, test, document, and hand over

• Develop simple, user-friendly and maintainable low-code/no-code tools and support their adoption in the team

• Use AI for drafts, summaries, and analyses; critically evaluate outcomes and handle information sensitively

Requirements

• Currently studying IT/IS/Informatics, Engineering, Business/Economics, or a related field (Bachelor or Master) at a German university or university of applied sciences

• Strong Excel skills: clean table structures, formulas, PivotTables, PivotCharts (Power Query and data cleaning are a plus)

• Quick learning and interest in building simple low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Power Apps, workflow automation)

• Ability to formulate and iterate AI prompts and assess results

• Confident communication in German and English (written and spoken)

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability via university projects, student initiatives, or internships

• Curious, proactive, organized, and able to see tasks through to completion
