• Interest in business analysis, business processes, and modern IT technologies

• Detail-oriented, well organized, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

• English skills enabling work with documentation

• Preferred: basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum and business process modeling
