Description

The Inpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) executes responsibilities that demonstrate leadership and experience in managing complex patient care in an acute medicine service. The role involves collaborating on policies, procedures, and guidelines; providing peers constructive feedback; supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing; and fostering a safe, supportive environment for professional development.

You will evaluate outcomes of evidence-based decisions and practice changes and remain accountable for documented program/service-level outcomes.
