Description

Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in an acute setting, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care.

Develops and coordinates individualized plans of care that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors, and maintains collaborative relationships through timely communication.

Adheres to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to support an optimal patient experience.
