Description

Provide customer service support to regional and installation IT users to ensure IT functions and requirements are met. Perform periodic testing of standard operating procedures and recovery procedures, coordinate Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity performance and TTPs, and assist with establishing and implementing the installation cyber security program.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and installation users with IT customer service and ensure requirements are met
• Conduct periodic tests of standard operating procedures and recovery procedures
• Coordinate Information Assurance (IA) system performance and cyber Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) with organizations
• Assist with establishing and implementing the cyber security program for installation systems

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain the required security clearance (Secret)
• Proof of U.S. citizenship
• Complete required training and obtain required certification/recertification per DoDM 8140.03
• Meet qualification standard: at least 1 year of directly applicable experience supporting cybersecurity/IA programs, implementing cybersecurity regulations for risk management framework packages, and maintaining hardware/software inventories for contingency and continuity-of-operations planning (or meet the defined education alternatives)
• Demonstrate the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving
• May be subject to a 3-year trial/probationary period; selection subject to suitability/fitness determination
