Description

Partner with business teams to redesign and agentify workflows into production-ready AI and automation solutions. Design, prototype, build, test, deploy, and iterate using low-code plus code when needed, while defining measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end AI and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 extensibility, GitHub Copilot, GitHub CLI, Azure AI capabilities, APIs, and connectors.

  • Measure outcomes (adoption, cycle-time reduction, manual effort avoided, quality improvements, user satisfaction, time to value).
  • Build responsibly for reuse with security/privacy controls, testing, monitoring, and application lifecycle management; create reusable components/templates/patterns.
  • Contribute to a learn-it-all culture by experimenting with emerging AI tools, sharing demos, documenting patterns, mentoring peers.
  • Collaborate across time zones with platform and engineering partners to manage dependencies and deliver cohesive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ year experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Applied generative AI capability (grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, evaluation, prompt design, human-in-the-loop workflows).
  • Familiarity with Azure AI services and Microsoft Graph; Microsoft 365 extensibility including Teams apps and SharePoint and enterprise data integration patterns.
