Description

Join a PowerApps Factory team delivering end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering to production rollout. The role focuses on designing and building AI agents and skills to streamline AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps, including integrations with upstream systems/APIs and scalable Dataverse data models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and skills to support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps
• Build and maintain scalable Power Platform / Power Apps solutions
• Architect and manage data models in Microsoft Dataverse
• Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle from design through production rollout
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Platform)
• 2+ years of experience in AI Agents development and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Proficiency in designing and implementing pro-code solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Expertise in building scalable data models in Dataverse
• Experience integrating solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
