Description

Join a PowerApps Factory team delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions from requirements to production rollout. You will design and build AI agents and skills that support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps, including integrations with upstream systems and scalable Dataverse data models, as well as Copilot Studio conversational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and skills to support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps

• Build and maintain scalable Power Platform and Power Apps solutions

• Architect and manage data models in Microsoft Dataverse

• Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences in Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical solutions

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs

• Participate in the full solution lifecycle from design through production rollout

• Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of Power Platform development experience (Power Apps/Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse)

• 2+ years of experience building AI agents and using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Proficiency designing and implementing pro-code solutions in the Power Platform ecosystem

• Expertise building scalable data models in Dataverse

• Experience integrating solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
