Description

Lead and manage UI/UX design projects from discovery through delivery. Coordinate with designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and to track progress and risks. Run Agile ceremonies and ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards.

• Coordinate with designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and risks

• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards

Requirements

• Experience managing UI/UX or digital product projects

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Confluence

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
