• Role: Software Development Engineer

• Reports to: Engineering Manager

• Collaboration: Product managers, designers, and full-stack engineers

• Telecommuting: Up to 3 days per week within the Seattle Metropolitan area (with manager approval)

Description

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces for internal and external customers.

• Design and implement solutions for ambiguous and complex problems using multiple full stack technologies.

• Participate in code and technical design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure reliability and performance of applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 3 years of software design, development, testing, and implementation experience.

• 1 year frontend development experience for web and native applications.

• 1 year experience with asynchronous programming concepts.

• 1 year developing complex user-facing features in TypeScript and React.

• 1 year conducting code review.

• 1 year troubleshooting/debugging with root cause analysis and implementing solutions for reliability and performance.

• 1 year experience with Apollo GraphQL and CI/CD pipelines.

• 1 year experience with Confluence, DevOps, Git, Go, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jira, Kotlin, React, React Native, Redux, and RESTful APIs.
