Description

This role supports a portal-focused project as a Full Stack Developer, including analysis of business objectives and user requirements and delivery of secure full-stack web capabilities. You will help automate or improve computer systems by documenting user needs and program functions, and by validating feasibility against system capabilities and scheduling limits. The contractor may be considered for other similar ITSAC assignments through the applicable procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and problems; evaluate alternative solutions using studies and cost/benefit analysis

• Assess user requirements, procedures, and input/output needs to automate processing or improve systems

• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps to build or modify software

• Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to confirm requested changes are feasible

• Serve as a full stack developer resource for the project with portal experience

Requirements

• Local to the Austin area within a 50-mile radius

• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting full-stack web applications (frontend + backend)

• Experience with UI development and backend APIs

• Experience with security, authentication, and authorization

• Experience with data integration

• Experience with production support
