Description

Lead the direction and implementation of scalable, secure shared frontend infrastructure for a cloud-native, AI-powered platform. Drive frontend architecture, Micro Frontend integration, and design-system components; mentor engineers and improve reliability through CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Own accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, testing automation, and explore AI-enhanced UI/UX initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate shared frontend infrastructure powering the cloud-native platform

• Provide technical direction across the frontend stack (architecture, shared frameworks, design-system integration)

• Collaborate with product partners and engineering peers to deliver AI-powered legal data solutions at massive scale

• Mentor engineers and lead through engineering judgment; establish standards via design/code reviews and coaching

• Remove technical friction and align execution with product strategy and delivery commitments

• Lead service ownership: on-call practices, incident response, resolution, and root cause analysis

• Set the technical vision for frontend architecture and lead Micro Frontend integration using React, TypeScript, and PrimeReact

• Guide accessibility (WCAG), performance (lazy loading, code splitting, asset optimization, telemetry), and test automation (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

• Evolve CI/CD workflows, component versioning strategies, and documentation

• Lead initiatives exploring AI-enhanced UI/UX (smart component behavior, generative layout patterns, adaptive interfaces)
