Description

Design, build, and support full-stack applications on the Data & Analytics team, integrating AI technologies into enterprise solutions. Drive feature delivery using an AI-SDLC approach and build agentic workflows with orchestration, tool integration, evaluation, and production monitoring. Ensure systems are resilient, scalable, secure, and reliable with ownership through deployment and ongoing production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications across front end, back end, and data layers
• Apply AI-SDLC with AI-assisted coding, testing, and review tools to improve velocity and quality
• Build end-to-end agentic workflows (orchestration, tool integration, evaluation, production monitoring) using Vertex AI Agent SDK or alternatives like LangChain/LangGraph, plus A2A protocols
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Own the full feature lifecycle from architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot production issues to maintain high availability and application performance
• Ensure cross-team AI and software solutions meet enterprise-grade security, quality, and performance standards
• Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
• Python backend development experience using Django or FastAPI to build fault-tolerant microservice architectures
• Production experience deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Generative AI or LLM-powered applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph or native cloud Agent SDKs)
• Experience with RAG architectures including vector embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases
• Experience implementing LLM guardrails, prompt engineering best practices, and prompt injection defenses
• Frontend expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE)
• Track record of delivering complex software solutions from concept to production
• Proficiency in one or more databases (BigQuery, MongoDB, Postgres, etc.)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and modern CI/CD practices
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design, testing)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Benefits

• Compensation range: $106,000–$170,500 base salary (plus potential RSUs and bonus)
