Description

You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of applications and support for business requests, including managing integration. The role requires full stack development experience and includes front-end and back-end work for web applications and web APIs. You will also implement secure software development practices across the lifecycle, including DevSecOps, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing applications and fulfill business requests
• Manage integration efforts
• Design, develop, and implement web-based applications using .NET to meet business needs
• Perform front-end and back-end development of web applications and web APIs
• Debug, research, and investigate to resolve technical issues
• Create documentation, perform application coding, and conduct testing following approved life cycle methodologies
• Implement or use security controls within the software development lifecycle (including GitHub Advanced Security)
• Support security activities: vulnerability remediation, security initiatives, and escalation support for incidents
• Ensure regulatory compliance in systems

Requirements

• WI residency
• 5–8+ years experience designing, developing, and implementing web-based applications using the .NET framework
• 5–8+ years experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core
• 5–8+ years experience with supported programming and scripting languages such as C# (and/or C), Bootstrap, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• 5–8+ years experience performing front-end and back-end development for web applications and web services/web APIs
• 5–8+ years experience with ASP.NET and SSRS reporting
• 5–8+ years experience with SQL Server and relational databases, including stored procedures
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related specialty OR 5–8+ years equivalent experience
• Knowledge of secure software development frameworks such as NIST 800-218 SSDF and ISO 27034
• Ability to enforce and advance security and DevSecOps standards through secure development, vulnerability remediation prioritization, automated testing, performance monitoring, and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong judgment and diplomacy
