Description

Support the creation and delivery of automated recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. Automate repetitive reporting tasks to reduce manual effort, and help build standardized reporting packages, dashboards, and presentation materials. Apply AI tools to improve routine reporting, summarize insights, and identify opportunities to make Finance processes more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Support automated recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency
• Explore and apply AI tools for reporting automation and insight summarization
• Assist in creating standardized reporting packages for key business and financial performance
• Work with Finance team members to understand reporting needs and develop practical solutions
• Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentation materials used by Finance Business Partners
• Perform data checks to ensure reports are accurate and complete
• Create repeatable reporting processes that can be reused by the broader team
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve Finance workflow efficiency
• Deliver process improvements that continue beyond the internship

Requirements

• Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Projected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Ability to participate in a full-time internship from May–September 2027
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in Finance, FP&A, financial analysis, and business performance
• Working knowledge of Excel, Databricks, Python, and comfort working with data
• Interest in learning reporting, visualization, automation, and AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively and ask thoughtful questions
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes
