Description

Lead the applications and data agenda for an international manufacturing group. You’ll set the group-wide enterprise applications and data strategy, modernize data platforms and analytics, simplify a multi-ERP landscape, and ensure reliable support for manufacturing and supply chain operations. You’ll also lead applications and data integration workstreams for acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Set the group-wide applications and data strategy and decide where to invest across ERP, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and HR systems.
• Lead modernization of data platforms, reporting, and analytics; define standards for data ownership, data quality, and responsible AI use.
• Lead applications and data workstreams for acquisitions, from due diligence and Day 1 readiness through integration.
• Own operating and capital budgets for the portfolio; negotiate major vendor contracts and manage strategic delivery partners.
• Develop the management team and partner with executives and business leaders to standardize processes, improve adoption, and track benefits of major investments.

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise applications and/or data and analytics, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles managing managers in an international, multi-site organization.
• Deep ERP and enterprise applications expertise, plus a strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics, and AI.
• Track record leading multi-country ERP and data transformations and integrating acquired businesses.
• Experience owning significant budgets, negotiating complex vendor agreements, and influencing decisions at executive level.
• Fluent English; experience in FMCG or food manufacturing and additional European languages are an advantage.
