Description

Build and maintain production backend services for a scalable Knowledge Platform that manages knowledge, metadata, and unstructured data for AI applications. You will design REST APIs and service contracts, integrate external data sources, and develop Knowledge Graph–based data models and AI-enabling services for LLM and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production backend services

• Create REST APIs and communication contracts between services

• Integrate external data sources and systems

• Process structured and unstructured data

• Build mechanisms for metadata management, data lineage, and data provenance

• Design data models and develop Knowledge Graph solutions

• Build AI-supporting services for LLM and RAG

• Work with relational databases, NoSQL, and graph databases

• Ensure quality, performance, reliability, and security

• Participate in CI/CD, monitoring, and observability processes

• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and international project teams

Requirements

• Experience delivering production backend systems

• Strong Python and working knowledge of Java

• REST API design and development experience

• SQL and relational databases

• Knowledge Graph concepts

• Experience with structured and unstructured data processing

• Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, data provenance, and data quality

• External API integration experience

• CI/CD and cloud environment knowledge

• Analytical problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in an international environment

• English C1+ and Polish B2+
