Description

You will act as a .NET developer while leading and coordinating the development team for a refactoring program. You will technically drive projects, ensure delivery quality, connect business requirements to technical execution, and help grow the team’s skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and animate the development team daily

• Run team rituals (dailies, retrospectives, code reviews)

• Coach, train, and share best practices to build team capabilities

• Manage resources, distribute objectives, and track deliverables

• Coordinate development with Product Owners and Scrum Masters

• Plan and prioritize tasks

• Ensure deadlines, code quality, and technical standards are met

• Monitor progress and escalate risks

• Represent the team in project steering committees

• Define and enforce development standards

• Organize and supervise code reviews

• Set up automated tests and technical documentation

• Drive continuous improvement

• Participate in analysis and specification workshops

• Contribute to effort estimation

• Propose technical solutions aligned with business needs

• Facilitate communication between business teams, project managers, and developers

Requirements

• Proven experience in the life insurance industry in Luxembourg (regulatory, application, and organizational context)

• Mastery of project management techniques

• Strong leadership and the ability to coach and organize developers

• Agile and DevSecOps practices

• Good command of French and English (written and spoken)
