Description

Build and maintain .NET backend services in a microservices architecture across the full software development lifecycle. Design and implement REST APIs and checkout-related business logic while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of production services. Contribute to technical design decisions, write clean testable code, and improve quality, security, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full SDLC: design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations

• Contribute to technical design decisions and backend solution design

• Design, build, and maintain .NET backend services for microservices

• Implement APIs and business logic for checkout processes

• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability in production

• Advocate improvements in quality, security, and performance

• Write clean, testable code; take part in code reviews and pair programming

• Enhance engineering standards and platform operational stability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices development

• Proficiency with Entity Framework

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Ability to write unit and integration tests for .NET services

• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Git for .NET development

• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures

• Ability to work in an Agile environment with product and engineering teams

• Very good English communication skills (written and verbal)
