Description

Medius connects to customers’ ERPs to automate invoice coding, approvals, and payment without retyping. As an ERP Integration Product Manager, you own what the integration does, what gets built next, and how it performs during customer month-end close. You lead backlog priorities, discovery, spec creation, testing, and delivery acceptance while monitoring SAP/Microsoft ecosystem changes.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the ERP integration backlog, balancing customer needs, technical debt, and roadmap goals

• Run discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams; use AI/agents to speed up understanding while knowing when humans are still needed

• Convert learnings into build-ready specs (problem statements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Define test cases and test thoroughly before accepting work

• Work with engineering in sprints: answer questions, make trade-offs, accept finished work

• Shape the Connect roadmap using ERP-specific market trends, ERP release cycles, and customer demand

• Coordinate cross-product discovery so ERP integration needs are scoped early

• Act as ERP subject-matter expert for Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Implementation

• Monitor SAP/Microsoft ecosystem changes (release waves, APIs, deprecations) and assess impact

• Share integration patterns with other Connect Product Managers to keep the integration framework consistent

Requirements

• Real product management experience (Product Manager/Product Owner or functional/technical consultant turned product decision owner) in B2B SaaS or an ERP environment

• Working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, MM, FI, ABAP) or D365 F&O (accounts payable, general ledger, taxes, TMS, landed cost)

• Strong grasp of finance and AP processes: invoice-to-pay, master data, posting and payment flows

• Understanding of integration concepts: APIs, event-driven patterns, authentication, and error handling

• Hands-on practical use of AI tools in your own product work, ideally with agents for discovery or analysis

• Experience with spec-driven development or a clear appetite to learn it

• Clear written and spoken English for both technical and business audiences

• Ability to take ownership of problems and move them forward without constant prompting
