Description

Work on critical business systems built on IBM Mainframe technologies. You will develop and maintain advanced applications, analyze business requirements, optimize for performance/reliability/security, and handle production issues while taking part in a rotating on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain critical IBM Mainframe-based business systems
• Design, build, and extend advanced applications supporting daily operations
• Analyze business requirements and independently implement solutions
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot production problems
• Participate in rotating on-call (a few days per month)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating and maintaining IBM Mainframe applications
• Very good knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, and z/OS
• Practical experience with DB2 including SQL query writing, optimization, and data analysis
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design solutions
• Experience diagnosing production failures and optimizing applications
• Proactive and responsible attitude, with ability to work independently
• Experience working in an international project environment
• English level at least B2
• Willingness to take part in on-call duties
