Description

You will lead the development of system architecture and the technology roadmap, ensuring consistency and standards across multiple teams. You will support developers with implementation, refactoring, and modernization, and help improve CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and security practices. You will also analyze new technologies and participate in PoCs and AI-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve system architecture and the technology roadmap

• Maintain architectural consistency and standards across teams

• Provide technical support for implementation, refactoring, and system modernization

• Develop CI/CD practices, automate testing, and advance monitoring and security

• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams

• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to PoCs, including AI initiatives

Requirements

• Senior experience in system architecture and Java software engineering

• Very strong Java knowledge, including Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems

• Experience designing APIs and integrating systems (REST, SOAP)

• Familiarity with architectural and design patterns

• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Azure)

• Knowledge of test automation, monitoring, and developer tools

• Ability to work across multiple teams, mentor, and make technical decisions

• Independence, good communication skills, and pragmatic approach
