Description

Lead and govern the global Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS solution architecture, ensuring standards and end-to-end alignment across key ERP domains. You will architect integrations, define accounting and Subledger Accounting configurations, and own enterprise data migration strategies. You’ll also provide technical leadership through design review, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Oracle Fusion and EBS solution architecture across Financials, Procurement, Order Management, HCM, and EPM

• Lead architecture design workshops and establish cross-functional functional and technical standards

• Establish enterprise integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ETL pipelines

• Oversee integration designs connecting Oracle Fusion with core banking, payroll, external procurement, and third-party SaaS

• Define global accounting rules, Subledger Accounting (SLA) configurations, costing models, and automated financial posting logic

• Architect end-to-end data migration strategies for chart of accounts, suppliers, customers, open purchase orders, fixed assets, and historical records

• Review and approve solution design documents, test strategies, cutover plans, and configuration workbooks

• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards, statutory localization rules, audit controls, and enterprise security frameworks

• Lead delivery squads through SIT, UAT, performance benchmarking, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization

• Advise senior business and IT leadership on continuous process optimization, ERP roadmap evolution, and cloud modernization

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP architecture roles in large enterprises

• Deep hands-on and architectural proficiency across Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA)

• Proven experience delivering complex cloud migration and hybrid ERP integration architectures

• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle integration technologies (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP web services) and data load/extraction protocols

• Strong functional command of end-to-end financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)

• Ability to lead technical teams and present architecture trade-offs to senior stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline

• Fluent English with strong presentation and stakeholder negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel as needed for project milestones
