Description

Translate business and platform requirements into secure, scalable, and operationally viable end-to-end solution architectures. Design complex architectures, maintain detailed architecture documentation (SDDs/HLDs), and support large-scale hybrid, cloud, and platform migration programs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance. Provide architectural guidance, promote principles/standards, and enable reusable design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for complex business and technology initiatives

• Prepare and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs

• Support large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and platform migration programs

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, platform, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation

• Establish and promote architecture principles, standards, and reusable design patterns

• Provide architectural guidance to keep solutions scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience, including several years in senior Solution Architecture or Infrastructure Architecture roles

• Strong experience designing and delivering solutions across hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments, including complex migration initiatives

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure platforms, networking, IAM, security, and observability

• Experience creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and related architecture documentation

• Practical experience with architecture standards, reference architectures, governance models, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and modern DevOps practices

• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders in large enterprise environments

• Fluent English; Polish is a plus

• Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office
