Description

Lead global solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and EPM. Provide architectural guidance for Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Order Management), design and govern integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, REST/SOAP, FBDI, ETL), and define global financial processes and configurations. Support delivery teams through integration testing, UAT, performance testing, cutover, and deployment while ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global solution architecture ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and EPM

• Provide architectural guidance across Oracle ERP modules to support stability and continuous improvement

• Facilitate architecture/design workshops to establish business and technical standards

• Design and govern integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, REST/SOAP, FBDI, and ETL

• Oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems (EPM, payroll, banking, procurement, external platforms)

• Define global financial processes and system configurations (accounting rules, Subledger Accounting, costing, financial posting logic)

• Develop data migration strategies for suppliers, customers, contracts, fixed assets, purchase orders, and historical records

• Review/approve architecture documentation, test strategies, data conversion plans, and configuration workbooks

• Ensure compliance with global business requirements, local regulations, audit controls, and enterprise security standards

• Provide technical direction to cross-functional delivery teams and advise leadership on solution design decisions

• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, cutover, and deployment

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 10–15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, HCM, or EPM architecture with enterprise solution design background

• Extensive experience designing and delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and Oracle ERP architecture and dependencies across business and technology domains

• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data migration solutions across multiple platforms

• Ability to define architecture standards, govern solution design, and guide implementation teams

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel for business when required
